The court hearing session dealing with the accusations of the managing director of Tose’e was held in an open session in br. no. 76 of Tehran Criminal Court in the presence of Press Jury.The representative of Public Prosecutor according to the bill of indictment issued by the Government Employees Office considered the accusations of Gholi Sheikhi as publishing false stories and insulting and complaints raised by four private complaints.Gholi Sheikhi said that one of the complaints refers to presidential election which had been raised before and the related order has already been issued. We had published a story about Hossein Nejabat and he sent us a reply and we did publish it. The other complaint refers to a guild dispute wherein undeliberately Ms. Rahil Kia was insulted and once we got informed we apologized from her.
