The court hearing session of Dirooz-Emrooz-Farda weekly was held in the presence of Press Jury in br. no. 765 in the absence of its managing director.According to legal reporter of ISNA and as per the bill of indictment read out by the representative of the Public Prosecutor, Ali Akbar Mesgaran, managing director of the weekly, has received a complaint from Ms. Rahil Kia, a private claimant, accusing him of publishing a false story. After reading the bill of indictment, the representative of Public Prosecutor asked for reviewing the case and issuing verdict. Ms. Rahil Kia presented her complaint but since the managing director was absent, the head of the branch announced termination of the session.
